Born and raised in South Alabama, Alan and Jennifer Bailey have served side by side through thirty years of marriage and more than twenty years of ministry as pastors, worship leaders, teachers, and missionaries. In the village of Fond Doux, Haiti, Alan built the ministry complex now known as Theo's Place, which today houses Impact International Institute of Haiti, a school feeding and teaching the village's children every day.
Hope Beyond Borders, who they served alongside in Haiti, brought them under its covering in 2024, a partnership that has since taken them as far as Vietnam together.

Alan is an Army veteran and a seasoned marketplace leader with years in operations, sales, team development, and organizational growth. He is as at home in a boardroom as he is behind a pulpit, and he brings that same practical discipline to the mission field, pairing the gospel with real-world solutions and social enterprise that build lasting capacity in the communities he serves.

Today Alan travels as an itinerant minister and prophetic voice, equipping leaders in both the church and the marketplace, and carrying one message wherever he goes: Christ in us, the hope of glory. Your support keeps that hope moving.
